| Description | An unusual menu from the files of the Pullman Company in that it contains few food or beverage items, it is rather the program for the Installation of Officers of the Chicago Passenger Club in 1956. This came about as the Pullman Company, a member, donated the covers and this cover shows a child being tucked into a Pullman bed/berth. It came from the Pullman files and it is punched at the top where it was attached to a file. It is printed on coated glossy card stock and is in very good condition. The food listing is from the Midland Hotel in Chicago, which catered the event and is not Pullman food service. |
