Description	Pullman 1941 Lounge and Club Car Menu Service With a picture on the cover of Chicago's famous Michigan Boulevard (Avenue) Skyline Along Chicago's Lake Front. Chicago is an obvious choice for cover art as so many of the railroads in the country servce Chicago. One of a few menus found with a picture on the back cover showing a group of women being served in their drawing room. Interestingly, they do not appear to be eating on Indian Tree china.
