The "4M" in the date code (BF-54 A 4M-B50) of this menu translates into 4,000 copies. With a high print run, it was more than likely used on multiple railroads. Purchased at the Chicago (Glen Ellyn) show in 2008. Has three-hole punches on left side. Many menus that were punched like this came from the official Pullman commissary records. |
